Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to work chairside with a top clinician in a collaborative environment focused on delivering excellence in function and esthetics. You’ll play a critical role in the patient experience, bringing technical expertise and artistry to the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, fabricate, and finish crowns, bridges, and veneers to the highest esthetic and functional standards
- Work closely with our doctor on shade matching, case planning, and adjustments
- Maintain state-of-the-art facilities and equipment and ensure quality control in a clean, modern lab setting
- Consult with patients as needed for custom shading or characterization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fixed prosthodontics; anterior esthetics a strong plus
- Mastery in ceramic layering, contouring, and glazing techniques
- Strong understanding of occlusion and functional design
- Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship and service
