We are seeking an Experienced Inside Dental Laboratory Sales and Marketing expert who will be responsible for contacting and building strong relationships with dental practices, and promoting our range of dental lab products and services such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implant cases, full arch, all-on-four dentistry and more.

The Inside Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients and following up on leads through phone calls and emails, and creating and executing effective electronic marketing campaigns. This role requires strong inside sales experience, proficiency with CRM systems, and a keen understanding of inside sales marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups with dentists and dental practices to promote our products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Develop and execute telephone, email and web marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Create and implement effective inside sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings including restoration types and services we offer.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales for dental laboratories calling on dental offices.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, email marketing, and phone follow-ups.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and other inside sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
